If you are not able to clear VITEE, then the only way to get into VIT UNIVERSITY is Management Quota. But the Management Quota fees is too high...

No, unfortunately you can't be able to take the admission in any of the UG courses across it's four campuses of VIT University. Inorder to get the seat in VIT you have to be under the the 1 lakh rank and based upon the branch wise cuttoff you can be able to take the admission in any of the branch in VIT.
