If I cleared my NEET 2019 and didn't get the seat, will I be able to apply for any other medical seat in 2020 with the same marksheet

If you do not get any seat from neet 2019, then you need to prepare all over again for neet 2020. When you get high enough marks in neet 2020, then you can get your seat. Marks obtained in neet 2019 will not be applicable next year
