If I completed Bpharm degree course. After qualifying the neet exam, during admission to the Mbbs colleges, the degree of Bpharm accepted by govt Or is it cancelled?

Hello
Doing more than one degree at graduation level does not mean that previous ones will be cancelled.
So, don't worry, your B.Pharma degree will remain intact and it will be accepted for all official purposes even if you do MBBS through NEET examination.
