If I completed my graduation from LPU jalanader. I can apply for CDS?

Yes, definitely, you can get a government job after receiving a degree from LPU. The degree from LPU is recognized by UGC and also it is accepted internationally for higher education and jobs. There isn't any consideration regarding private, public, central university.
