MBBS without neet is possible if you get seat in AIIMS OR JIPMER
AIIMS entrance EXAM :- for admissions into all indian institute of medical science colleges in India
JIPMER ENTRANCE EXAM :- for admissions in the 2 campuses of jawaharlal institute of post graduate medical research.
so , if you have given only NEET exam and you are unable to crack it , you will not get seat in mbbs in govt college.
