Please tell how much you are expecting in JEE?
And if you are going to appear in VIT also, then this is also a very good option as this is one of the best college for engineering in India specially the main campus. So it is advisable to try to get more than 100, if you want to get admission in main campus of VIT and to check about the placement or package record you can go through below article -

I am a class 12 student and had done foundation course. Although in coaching I could score around 156 but in JEE my expected score is 111

Your expected Rank based on your score will be ranging from 85000-90000 as it has less chances to get very good college so to check where all you can get admission you can use the below JEE Main college predictor :
