Yes surely, you will easily clear the cut off marks with 220 marks in neet , but dear this much marks will not help you to get a seat in any government medical college in any state .
This much marks is not sufficient for any category, not even for sc/st category to get a seat in Government Medical College.

Dear Sir/Ma'm, the qualifying cut-off for general category is 118-691 marks and for Scheduled Caste, Tribe and OBCs is 96-118 marks. However, crossing the qualifying cut-off alone doens't guarantee you a seat. With the aforesaid mark, it is nearly impossible to get a seat, though you are eligible. But you must keep in mind there are students whose score are much higher than yours.
