If I get a good rank in any competitive exam(JEE,Eamcet),and I got a seat in particular college,Can I do a course which is favour to me or should I do the course that they provided....?

You should always do a course which you like. Engineering branches are allocated based on rank and that's why most of the students do not get the branch they like. But that creates depression and students generally switch their field. So choose the best branch and college of your choice not from anybody else.
