As far as I know, NEET does not include Admissions to M.Sc. Agriculture. Assuming you've completed B.Sc., There are separate exams that you have to give to enter the course which depends on your state. Through NEET, you can get Admissions to MBBS, BDS, BHMS, BAMS, BVPT etc. I hope I've answered your query. All the best!
