If I get admission in a DU college in the first cutoff, can I upgrade my college to a better one in I cross the cutoff in the second cutoff?

Hey,
you can change your college in second cut off by cancelling the admission in the earlier college and then taking admission in some other college. Most of the students do this to reserve their seat in a college in initial cut offs and then changing the college if they get a better one.
