if I get iit for preparatory course in 4th round can I float it for the better college?will I get better college in round 5 and 6

Hi,
There are less chances of getting a better IIT for preparatory course in the further rounds as it is just to fill the seats of SC/ST category in the institute and you must go for it if you're given this choice in any of the IITs as it usually happens in the last round.
