If you score 100 marks in JEE Main there will be very less chances that you will get good NITs or IIITs in general category. You need to score more then 150 marks in JEE Main to get good NITs in general category other state quota and more then 230 marks in JEE Main to get CSE branch in good NITs general category other state quota.

I would suggest you to increase your target from 100 to 230 so that you can get admission in top NITs in top branches because with 100 marks chances would be less to get any decent college. So plan and prepare accordingly so that you can get into your desired college.
