Hello, you should apply for counseling and at this rank chances of getting top colleges for CS like IET Lucknow, Knit Sultanpur, Kiet, Jss Noida looks not possible. As cutoff are very high and there are many private colleges like GL Bajaj, Galgotia College which are good colleges of Uptu and may be you would get Cs there .

But you have to wait till last round or you can also apply for spot round of counseling.
