Hello aspirant !!
Considering your marks to be around 240 you don't seem to have a chance in getting Government BDS seat in Tamil Nadu . Its quite hard to get any BDS college with this marks even in private college in Tamil Nadu.
Though you can keep a look at the colleges taking large sum of money . You may get a seat there .

As you mentioned that you may score 240+ marks in your Neet exam so let me tell you that your marks are a bit less to let you grab a seat in government medical college.but it may be possible that you can get a seat under reserved quota but the chances are a little less...
