if I have scored 637 Marks in neet 2020..I belong to general category and doesn't have any Delhi quota..is there any chance that I can get ndmc??

Congratulations for scoring such good marks in your NEET exam. The last year cut off for NDMC, New Delhi was around 5000 rank at the score of around 623. So from last year stats , Yes it's quite possible for you to get a seat in NDMC college.
But we can't say it with surety as the cut offs keeps on fluctuating every year. So it will be clear once the results are out.
