With 73 percentile and SC rank ~29,717 in JEE Main, getting Civil Engineering in top Indian Institutes of Technology is unlikely. You may have chances in some lower-ranked National Institutes of Technology or newer IIITs, but Civil branch is competitive. Better options include good state government colleges through state counselling or private colleges like VIT University or SRM Institute of Science and Technology .

You may get:

• Lower/North-East NITs (like NIT Mizoram, NIT Nagaland, NIT Sikkim) in later rounds

• Some Indian Institutes of Information Technology (limited Civil options)

Also consider JoSAA and state quota counselling for better chances.
