If you change the medium of your neet question paper in any language other than English then you will get your question paper in the selected language and and as well as in English.
Other than this there will be no change
When it comes to your MBBS course then during the course of MBBS the medium will be English only i.e teachers will be teaching in English medium and exams will be also conducted in English medium only .
