If i pass in july 2019 reexam am I eligible for admission in bsc computer science?

If the college you are applying in for B.Sc computer science, is taking admission after july then you can certainly apply for the course. However, without passing in the re-exam you can't apply in any college, as marks are required to fill in for Admission into any college.
