If I pass the cutoff of jee advanced then I can get admission in iit or not.

Yes, if you get marks above cut-off  you may get seat but not in a desired IIT/NIT or branch. But you just not need to get cut-off marks you should get above cut-off which increases the chance of getting into to a good IIT or NIT and in your desired course.Cut-off is just a minimum mark.

Passing the cutoff is not a sufficient criteria to get admission in different iit.For getting iit your rank should also good.Your rank should be under 10000 if you are from general category.If you are reserved category student then your category rank should be under 10000 to get admission in IIT.

Ashish yeah if you clear the cuttoff of your respective branch then definitely based upon the variation of cuttoff under your category you will be in one among the IITs. So, just hope for the better results.
