if not qualify the JEE advanced then there's no chances to get into the iit preparatory course in iit for btech

If you have not qualified the JEE Advance that means you have not been allotted any seat in any of the IITs which means that you cannot take part in preparatory course. Because, these courses are organised for students belonging to the SC, ST, PwD Categories who have been allotted a seat and intends them to prepare for the course.
