If i score 550 in neet 2017 what is my rank and what college i get having Kota of Haryana general category .can i got admission in Delhi.

As per your above said score, rank should be around 1600-1800. And with this score chances are there in Haryana under 85% quota but to get admission in Govt Medical colleges of Delhi, score should be more than 600 under 15% quota. So prepare according to that only.
