if i score 560 marks in neet ,I'm sc category I'm living in Delhi but I'm from karnataka ........but I want my college in Assam ....can I get a seat in assam ? there are 5 med college in assam

On the basis of your marks you can get anh college easily but if you want it in Assam , you can not sit in state counseling. The reservation criteria of NEET is applicable on the 15% seats offered in All India Quota and only these seats can help you getting your desired college.

What do you exactly mean by I cannot sit in state counselling ??? I didnt get that ..... Explain please
