If I scored 60 - 70 percent in 12 board exam & I scored good rank in CG PET then there is a chance to have admission in BIT Raipur or Bhilai

Your percentage in board exams doesn't matter as far as admissions into Engineering college through CGPET are concerned. You just need to get above 45%.
So if you do well in CGPET, and get a good enough rank, you'll surely get admission.

CGPET itself is the exam Ankit. After giving that exam, you're eligible to apply for admin Engineering colleges of Chattisgarh.
