if I want to do different course instead of my 12th syllabus.so, domain specific subject will be changed??

Yes , definitely if you want to pursue any different course not related to your class 12th syllabus them your domain specific subject will also change , you have to study that ,not your class 12th syllabus. So it would be clear to you now. Focus on your studies and be prepared .
