If i will take admsn and pay fee after 1st counselling & have to take admsn in other clg after 2nd couns. then can i get refund from 1st clg

Mostly no later it depends on college whether they will give refunds or not and it will be better that you choose option of float in round 1 so that you can participate in round 2 and the seat which you got in round 1will also be saved...
