If ihave state obc quota then will i tick the obc column in the neet form (as it is a central exam?)

Hope you are doing great as per the question asked by you yes you can use your state O.B.C certificate for use in your state college as it provides its validity till states and for obtaining central quota you need to produce central O.B.C certificate for admission in central government colleges. You can easily produce central O.B.C certificate from nearest tehsil.
