If I'm from maharashtra and I'm dng my 12th in Hyderabad nd I get good Mrks in neet also ...then chances of getting free mbbs seat is easy ?

There are no free seats. If your neet score is really good then you can get a seat in government medical colleges where the cut off is high and the fee structure is very low. But still the marks should be really high. Private colleges on the other hand have high fee structure and low cut offs.
