If my university declares result much later than DU cutt off what should i do

There is no harm in having options in your hand. If Delhi University releases cutoff before your university does, then I would suggest you to seek admission in Delhi University depending on your scores. However, I do not know the name of your university, otherwise I would have given you sure shot answer. Come back with the name of your university.
