No, he first appeared in class 12 in 2015, so he was eligibile for jee advanced 2015, 2016 only. If he appears in 2019 he won't be eligible and in case one catches him for doing this he may be even taken for trail. So, don't do that IITs are not every thing. Go for something else where you will be eligible.
