if u join nit good college with lower branch will u be able to get good job and what will be the salary per annum (yearly) pls answer sir

Hello there. Hope you are doing good. First of all, I would like to tell you that there is no such lower branch. It is only differentiated on the basis of cutoffs. Talking about a decent NIT, if you get the opportunity to grab a seat in NIT, don't give it a second thought. The placements are equally good for all the branches as you are associated with NIT. Coming to the job and salary part, you can expect average Rs 6-8 lakhs package depending on your skills and the companies visiting the campus. There is no such thing as lower branch, every engineering branch has it's own scope.And salary varies for each joband position.A good college will help you aid with knowledge.Your careers depends on your choices.If you study in a branch in which you are interested then you will be working to achieve your goals.Once you have secured a seat in a branch of your choice, your hard work is important, you need to develop knowledge and improve your technical skills, communication and other hard and soft skills, then it will be a cakewalk for to you get a good job with good package.

What I suggest is know your interest, use the resources provided by your college, improve your skills and knowledge, apply those skills in real life.You will get a good job with good package.Aim bigger.
