you can either settle for dental sciences pursuing BDS, audio could choose Ayurvedic or alternative medicine as in BAMS or BHMS courses apart from being a veterinary doctor as well
you could also appear for BPT physiotherapy entrance examination of pursue courses in laboratory training such as DMLT even critical care anaesthesia services degree
alternatively you could also pursue basic sciences suggest biology, physiology, microbiology and biochemistry and after completing your post graduation and doctorate degree you should be able to make it through in terms of professorship or consultancy in companies hiring search experts

Hii if you don’t get a good rank in NEET for mbbs you can go for BDS, BHMS, BAMS, BVSc
other options available are Pharmacy, Bsc in microbiology, Biochemistry,zoology,phyics,chemistry,life sciences
biotechnology is another option

You can probably go in the pharmacy line as there is a lot of scope for the same outside India.
If not, one can also go for PhD. or Bsc. and then Msc. and become a teacher
