If we didn't register for first Nd second phase of counselling...can we register for 3rd phase!need details about 3rd phase of cnslng kerala

Hello Nithin,  Keral State Counselling has only 2 rounds. The mop up round is subjective to availability of seats. Any vacant, left over or unfilled seats will be filled in mop up counselling. The clause is 'if any'. So, if all the seats are filled in Round 1 and Round 2 of Kerala State Counselling, you will not have an option of Mop up round and you must have missed a chance if you have an opportunity to get a seat. And if at all a mop up round happens, it will happen in the last week of August. For now, we have no definite dates.
