If we didn't take part in all India quota rounds neet then are we not eligible for state quota rounds ? Plz reply

Hello,
Yes that is true.If you didn't take part in all India Quota rounds in NEET ,then you are not eligible for state quota rounds.This is one of the flaw in the NEET counselling procedure
