if we get 260+ marks in neet then do we get a chance for getting a seat in private medical colleges for mbbs, bds or bams

Unless you get the 50th percentile which rounds about 360 + out of 720 for the general unreserved category in NEET you are not eligible for repairing in counselling, leave aside getting a government or private medical or dental seat
