there is no such course which we can refer as IIT course , the thing is that IITs institute do offer various course , IIT is not a course its a institute which offer course , so to get admission in any of the B.tech course from IItT , you are supposed to completed your 10+2 from recognised board with the science stream subjects should be physics, chemistry,mathematics and english as mandated and candidate must have secured 75 percent marks in PCM as collectively , after fulfilling above mentioned criteria , you need to appear for JEE mains and advanced entrance exams and cracked it in order to get admission in IIT .

To be eligible  for admission in IIT you need to pass your class 12th board examination with with Physics,  mathematical  and anyone of Chemistry or Biology or Biotechnology or Technical Vocational Subject and must have got at least  75% marks in  class 12 if belong to general or obc category or at least  65% marks if belongs to SC/ST or  must be in the top 20 percentile in  class 12 examination.

Also , admission in IITs is through jee advanced examination , now to be eligible for JEE advanced you need to clear JEE mains first, thus you need to clear both JEE mains and JEE advanced to get into IIT
