I'm an OBC Category my DOB: 10/05/1988 can i eligible to apply for 2023 batch..?

Hi Anitha,
No, you are not eligible for UPSC 2023 examination.
For obc category, upper age limit is 35 years old as on 1st of August of the year of filling the form i. e means to be eligible you should not be more than 35 years old on 1st August 2023 in case of UPSC 2023 but with your mentioned date of birth , you will be more than 35 years old i.e. 35 years and 1 month old as on on 1st August 2023 and thus not eligible for UPSC 2023.
