Im getting 325 marks in neet 2019 belong to bc categry....may i get state quota under private medical college?

You have not mentioned which state you belong to. With a score of 325, you can not get a seat in general category. But that depends on the state you live in. With this score, you can get a seat in Utter Pradesh while it is not so in the case of states like Tamilnadu, for which the scores a really really high even in private colleges. Then the chances are extremely less. If you are so stubborn that you need to pursue your career in medicine, I suggest you better take a break for one year and try scoring above 500 to make it to the government medical colleges in Neet 2020
