If you have completed one year of a degree course like BSc from a recognised University then you need to write Code- 05 provided that you have completed it with Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology including practical tests in these subjects. The examination should be a University Examination wherein you are required to pass the earlier qualifying examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology with English at a level not less than a core course.
