Let me inform you that this college is not exactly in Hyderabad but it is in Secunderabad. Also GMC Secunderabad is the top college of Telangana state, so without a very decent score in NEET exam you can't get a seat there. NEET is compulsory and that too with decent score.
You can take a drop next year as most students do.
