I'm completed the 2 year of bsc physics in another college. Can I continue the 3 Rd yr degree in kmo?

It is not the case in INDIA. It is not a wise decision to change your college in third year because you would not get admission in third year in any other college. You will have to take admission in first year and that is clearly a waste if time, money and energy. If your are not happy with your college then plan for higher studies instead of wasting time in doing the things again and work hard so that you can get the college of your choice.
