I'm currently in 3rd year of B.E and want to do m.tech in computer science/engineering, what are and best options and what are the requirements (which exams do i need to appear and the cutoff).?

If you want to study further there are two options that you can pursue

Mtech in India and ME in abroad

If you are interested for doing MTECH in India you will be required to give GATE exams and then you can take admission in various NITs,IITs for your further degree.The cutoff of GATE varies from year to year.

If you are planning your studies abroad then you have two options either give GRE or give IELTS exam

In most country GRE is accepted and 315+ score is considered to be a good score and can fetch you some good colleges.(USA,CANADA etc)

Ielts is an english proficiency test that you are required to give in countries like Germany,where you will be asked to prove english proficiency.

An band of 7 and a good cgpa in BE (approx 2 in german scaling)you will surely get a good college.
