To crack JAM exam you have to follow these tips-
1) you should study daily for atleast 7 hours
2) check the complete syllabus and exam pattern
3) solve previous year question papers and do online mock tests
4) go through your NCERT textbook thoroughly as it will build up your basics
5) refer to best books and study material
6) make important notes so that it will help you to prepare in last minute
