Well you can apply for government deemed universities through AIQ but the possibility for you to apply to many states for government medical colleges is not possible.
According to rule a student can apply to only his or her state of eligibility's government medical colleges. Suppose you belong to Bihar then you can apply to government medical colleges of Bihar only. But for private ones you can apply anywhere.
