I'm from AP, I got 311 score and 240521 AIR rank , will I get BDS seat ? Should I have to wait for State Counselling ?

Hello Vekha,

The cutoff varies to region wise ( AU Region, SVU Region, OU Region) in Andhra Pradesh. Based on this score the chances are very less to get a seat in Government College under All India Quota seats & State quota seats. You can try for the Private/ Deemed Universities.
