Your marks is low in your category and bihar state to get you govt college in any course you mentioned like MBBS/BDS/BHMS/ BAMS/ veterinary.
In Bihar state, general category cut off marks usually above 500 marks for all these courses.
So I'm very sorry to say but you will not get any govt seat in following above mentioned courses.
Otherwise if you are looking for private colleges then you will get any course even MBBS college also. So if you want to go for private colleges you can go for counseling and get admission.
