Dear Seku, only permanent resudents of Assam can appear for Assam Polytechnic Test. Only residents of Assam are eligible to gain admission through this test. Sorry to disappoint you but if you are from Nagaland and are a permanent resident of Nagaland, you cannot appear for this exam.
