Firstly you haven't mentioned the name of college but I would like to answer you that if you to take admission in medical college of other state then you will need to apply under 15% AIQ and should have very good score in neet 600+ marks. To get admission in the your state (UP) apply in state counselling of medical colleges and fee structure varies from institute to institute.
