did you apply for TNEA ?? ig in case you have applied and wriiten the exam during concelling there certain documents that need to be produced Study certificates that should be from Tamil nadu where you must ahve studied in TN for min of 3 years in that case your elogible or else its simply a waste .
on the other hand if have not applied for TNEA you cant attend councelling
