im getting 311 in neet 2019 will i get in to pvt. medical college through govt. quota i belong to mbc/dnc in state quota

In state quotas, mbc is put under BC as a whole and in All India quota, obc is given. Sometimes, it is put together in general category. With a score of 311 in mbc category, it becomes difficult to secure a seat in private colleges under management quotas when comparing the results of previous years. Last year, a minimum score of 335 was required to fetch one a seat in the Tagore medical college in BC category under the state quota. if it is 335 they could have enterd in to pudhukottai or thiruvanamalai right

For pudukkotai in obc category, 369 was required with a rank of around 2000.
Thiruvannamalai gvt medical colleges had a closing rank of around 1,800 with an equivalent score of 376.
And, moreover, according to the current statistics, there is a sharp increase in the ranks for the same scores which got a seat last year. So, rather than scores, checking the ranks will help a lot
