TN has only four reservations- OC,BC,SC and ST. MBC coes under BC category. With a score of 375 in bc category, it becomes really difficult to secure a seat in the private medical colleges in the government quota. To procure a seat there, one must require a score of atleast 450 or above. However you can predict the colleges which you can get using the given link
